By finding the positive in the negative and the negative in the positive, one can maintain mental health.

As long as we are alive, uneventful and peaceful days do not last forever.

Sometimes it is due to me, sometimes it is due to my surroundings, and sometimes it is due to the times and public opinion.

In today’s global world, where we are more concerned about the social networking of people we have never met than the person next door, some of us are probably more stressed than in the past.

Why is that?

One of the first reasons may be the overwhelming lack of time to face oneself.

What do I want to do now?
What do I want to be in the future?

If you can answer these questions right away, then your mind has not lost sight of your purpose and you are moving toward your goal.

But if you could not answer immediately, then you must realize that there is something that is taking up more of your time than your mind.

If the cause is something you can think of, such as work, hobbies, childcare, or caregiving, there is no problem.

The problem is when there is nothing in particular that comes to mind.

If your body and mind are so tired that you have to give up thinking, rest first.
If possible, close this browser immediately and take a deep breath.

Deep breathing relaxes the shoulders and the whole body.
In any case, the first priority is to get rid of fatigue.

However, if you are not tired and do not know what you want to do now, you may be unconsciously occupied with other people.

If it is a real-life relationship, no problem, but if it is a social networking-only connection, think about it for a minute.

Your life belongs to you.
It does not belong to anyone else.

If you want something, you have to move.

And in order to move, you must know what you want to do.
Because if you do things haphazardly, you will not know where your objectives are.

There will be hard times.
There will be frustrating times.

Still, life, time, and society do not wait for one.

This is why it is so important to maintain one’s own mental health.

So what can we do to keep our minds healthy?

First, do not make judgments about positive or negative things just in the moment.

If you are buoyed by something positive and don’t care about your surroundings and are causing trouble for others, that’s not positive, that’s negative.

If you are not unfaithful when something negative happens and you feel down, but you are able to reflect on yourself and grow, that is a positive thing, not a negative thing.

In other words, no event can be judged at that moment.

Life is a series of moments.
If we remember that not everything can be judged in that one moment, we will not be proud in our joy and will not despair in our sorrow.
